Add accessbility options and compatibility to woodpecker.

In my company, we have started using Woodpecker and are currently migrating from Drone to Woodpecker. During this process, we hired a blind developer who is unable to read the pipeline steps because Woodpecker does not support the browser’s screen reader in some options. It would be beneficial for Woodpecker to support this compatibility in the future so that the developer can understand what has been done in the pipeline steps.

To be honestly I don't think anyone of us maintainers has experience in this, so help would be appreciated.
