I have recently found some new hosts and ip which i added and now i am not facing any ads at all so thought to share here so if you are updating hosts list soon so you can definitely add these in your list. I used pcap droid app in my rooted android device in root mode to only filter only those connections which are made by spotify and from there i tested different sub domains and ip's and these many i found which dont break anything and i have added these on top of your hosts list to make it work flawlessly without any ads :-)) .
P.S : tested for 2 hrs btw still no ads :-)) (Today btw spotify break the mechanics of "some" open source spotify mods and they no longer work as intended, i guess they did some server sided tricks to break them so i tried to find solution and for now i guess we have one solution with my added hosts .

DO LOGIN FIRST WITHOUT MY ADDED HOSTS ELSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO LOGIN . BUT IF YOU APPLY MY SUGGESTED HOSTS AFTER LOGIN THEN YOU WONT FACE ANY ISSUES AND YOU CAN PLAY,DISCOVER SONGS EASILY WITHOUT ANY KIND OF AD :-))
I added the hosts above to my Pi-Hole together with the blocklist provided by x0uid.
Seems like ads are successfully blocked, the DNS entries should be added to the blocklist.
Just want to mention following:
The IP based entries are not useful, they can't be filtered by a DNS blocker
spclient.wg.spotify.com should be whitelisted, when this domain was whitelisted logging in to Spotify worked
