Deno support

We really need Deno support for this. And I think it won't be a big of a deal to start supporting it. You can just migrate the whole code to be Deno-first and then use dnt for Node.js support.

Hey, yes have been working on this. dnt looks interesting but I think keeping the toolchain in Node.js makes sense for now.
