Morph UV target definition supported in API, but not implemented in shaders #468

Although morphGeometry nodes allow definition of targets for UVs, they don't actually do any loading of their VBOs and interpolation within shaders. Investigate whether we need morphing of UVs.

First impression would be that we don't need morphing UVs. Can't really think of a case where it would be useful...

I'll check in with the BDS animation people. If no excitement then I'll remove from SceneJS.

I talked to Adam. He couldn't think of anything, though I'm sure he's going to try to invent some way to use it ;)
