When you reach a certain point of rotation, the geometry is automatically reflected. I don't understand why it is doing that, is it normal or not ? how we could suppres that auto reverse?

When you reach a certain point of rotation, the geometry is automatically reflected. I don't understand why it is doing that, is it normal or not ? how we could suppres that auto reverse?
