404 This page could not be found. error with Workspace Folder #99

Describe the bug
I have a workspace with a number of sites in each folder:

When I click on an index.html file and select "Go Live", I get a 404 error:

This also happens when I select the folder and select "Open with Five Server (root)":

When I open the folder separately in VSCode, FiveServer works fine.

I'm using the latest version (v. 0.1.12)
