Keep tailing the log when a service is restarted #105

It would be nice if edward log would keep tailing the service log when it is restarted / killed + started again. Especially useful for debugging when one keeps restarting (to rebuild / change input / etc.) and wants to see the results in the log or when the process crashes and is started again. #

Close enough to this that I don't know if it needs a new issue.

How about a flag on start/restart that drops you into the log when it finishes
