Check in your phpmyadmin that you are running mysql and not mariadb, mine was not using mysql and i had to remove mariadb & install mysql #6

Hello I have follow your instruction by changing mariadb to sql. But still same issue as posted by harman86.
Below is the resource that I had used to change from mariadb to sql.
