dashboard not loading

babyagi v2's dashboard doesn't seem to load properly, as opening up the page gives a 404 error instead of the dashboard.
This was tested on a python 3.11.x windows setup as well as a python 3.10.x ubuntu virtualenv

• Reason

1. SSL/TLS configuration problem: make sure the server has configured the SSL/TLS certificate correctly.

2. Port configuration problem: make sure the server is listening on Port 443.

3. Firewall or security group settings: make sure Port 443 is open.

4. DNS resolution problem: use localhost instead of localhost to avoid resolution problems.
