"Service Unavailable" when clicking a link to Google Cloud from DDG

Prerequisites

• I am not using any other content blockers alongside uBO (Privacy Badger, AdGuard, Ghostery, Adblock Plus, etc.)
• I verified that this is not a known filter issue
• This is not a support issue or a question
• I performed a cursory search of the uBO issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue
• The issue is not present after wholly disabling uBO in the browser

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension
• uBO with default lists/settings
• using a new, unmodified browser profile

Description

If you have "Privacy Essentials" enabled on uBlock Origin and you click a link to "Google Cloud" from with DDG, it redirects you to Google Cloud but it says "Service Unavailable". Disabling "Privacy Essentials" will allow it to work.

I cannot reproduce the issue. If you follow the troubleshooting steps and post the log output in the issue template, that would help.

So far, nothing is triggering from Privacy Essentials.

I have one trigger from my Annoyance list, but that's it as far as this repository's filters.
