UE_OSCSample w/TouchDesigner

overview

Sample of how UE4 receives the color sent by OSC from TouchDesigner and applies it to the color of a spotlight. Open the toe file under TD/, send the OSC, start UE4 and play, and the spotlight color will be synchronized.
