Support new approval workflow (or comments in it) for PR #476

Problem:

Currently, when I approve a PR via the new PR approval workflow in GitHub Zappr is currently not updating. Also using a comment, e.g. 👍 , is also not recognized. As you can see below, I had to make a second comment.
