Write a test harness for checking equivalence of zcashd and Zallet output

It would be nice to have tooling that can take a fully-synced zcashd wallet, and a Zallet wallet containing the same set of keys, and diff the output of the various JSON-RPC methods to locate differences. Then we can either address the discrepancies, or document them as intentional.
