Feature Request: Ability to open local terminal when working on a remote project

I use cloud-based development environments and I'm loving Zed's Remote Development functionality. In my workflow, I development with two terminal windows:

1. One window that holds a tmux session for running commands on the remote host so that I have a persistent session even if I get disconnected.
2. One window running a local command (fwd)) on my machine that does dynamic port-forwarding.

With Zed, I can have a terminal window that runs tmux and solves my first use case. For my second use case, I need to run another application open so that I can run the second command on my local machine. It would be great if I could have an option to open a "local terminal window" and remove the need for the terminal application.
