Prefer navigate when possible

I have 2 panes:

## Left Pane:
a.txt
b.txt

## Right pane:
c.txt
d.txt

While editing a.txt file, invoke ⌘ + P and enter d.txt.

Currently, this will open d.txt in the Left Pane and d.txt will now be open in both panes.

Can I instead jump to the already open d.txt in the Right Pane?
