Markdown Preview doesn't update after accepting a prediction

Summary

When writing in a Markdown file, the Markdown preview typically updates live as changes are made. However, when accepting a prediction and hitting Tab, the preview does not reflect the change immediately. I have to manually type something else to trigger an update.

1. Open a Markdown file.
2. Start typing and observe that the preview updates live.
3. Accept a prediction using Tab.
4. Notice that the preview does not update until additional manual input is made.

Actual Behavior:
Markdown Preview doesn't update after accepting a prediction

Expected Behavior:
The preview should update immediately after accepting a prediction, just as it does when typing manually.
