Markdown rendering issues in tooltip

1. In the first image, that should be a table, more or less vscode tries to show it.
   See below how it should look.

@xdBronch : That one talks about the problem of tables, especially in the documentation area.

This one talks about other problems that are in the tooltip but at the level of the tooltip that is shown on the commits.
