Feature Request: Floating URL bar as soon as the address bar is in focus

Currently the floating url bar doesn't appear when we focus to the url bar but it initiates when we start typing something. It would be more functional to have it appear as soon as I focus into the address bar (using Ctrl+L) and it would make the experience more flawless.
***An Additional request might to be to shift all the icons and stuff that is present in the address bar to the floating bar or atleast give an option to do so.
