When requesting a firmware update - Reset #1828

In case there is a request for an OTA and

there is already an uprade in progress, wheck :
if the previous is aborter -> reset
if the previous is cancell -> reset
if the previous is Timeout -> reset
if the previous is in progress -> don't do anything and reject the new update
