Potential bug when showing 4 answers

I am using your plugin and I have a problem that when the answer to a question is too long it appears out of square with respect to the marking box. Another problem is that in questions with 4 answers, they often appear only when answering. Can it be solved in any way? Otherwise the complement is wonderful. Thank you

So this is a duplicate of the issue I've mentioned.

For the other issue: Please stay in English and provide a step by step reproduction of the error you're facing.
Add the version number of the addon and anki (follow the boilerplate for new issues).
I recommend using screenshots to make clear what's happening.
