Multiple Choice for Anki - Auto-submit option

Hi,

I like so much your Multiple Choice for Anki, however is not efficient for people who review tons of cards per day. I understand you didnt implement a "auto-submit" option cause the add on works also with "multiple answers" format. Thats being said, it is not efficient to click "show answer" each time you want to know the answer for people like me who just need to click on one option of 4 and quickly know if its right or wrong.

Could it be possible for you to launch a version for people who just want to use the format 2 (single question) with a "auto-submit" function and "shuffle" function always activated by default? Thats the typical request all medicine students like me are looking for and still no body developed this simple template and integrated functions to make it work properly.
