Bad link on the download page

Describe the bug

There is a blue Download button attached to this link:

which goes to some kind of "Not Found" error.

Note that this appears ONLY on mobile.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the first link above on mobile (Android) device (in Chrome if that's important)
2. Scroll down to the blue download button and click on it

Expected behavior

It should either do a download or tell me that it doesn't work on Android or somethign like that

What have you tried?

I went to my desktop and I see that the button doesn't exist on that platform.
