Pressing return before search results load causes wrong item to display. #174

Current behavior

Pressing return while search results are still loading will cause the first result that has loaded to display.

Desired behavior

Pressing return while search results are loading should cause the closest match to display (a la "I'm feeling lucky"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to the homepage
  2. Type ref in search bar
  3. Allow results to load
  4. Quickly finish typing refer and press return
  5. If done quickly enough, you should see the page for ref not refer.
