There are many things to explore after rolling out:
First time player experience
Desktop experience (rather than a copy of the Android view)
Variant database & rules
Promoted game (point all players looking for a game towards one game to have it fill quickly)
Filter game search (e.g. by variant)
Text based order (optional) - Visual style that non-SC territories of which all bordering territories are of one color, it also becomes that colour (so you get the feeling you really conquer the map)
Sandbox game access from side menu & "back" in sandbox mode

I'd like to make one suggestion for the desktop experience that could be a very quick win: on larger (wider) screens, display the chat side-by-side with the map. (Basically, of the three tabs today -- map, chat, orders -- only chat & orders stay in tabbed format, and map is always visible.) That would be a huge improvement already.
