Update homepage to mention correct cygwin version

Currently http://opensource.zylin.com/zpudownload.html only mentions Cygwin as a supported platform, where it should say "Cygwin for x86 (32-bit installation)", as the binary release of zpu-gcc does not work with "Cygwin for x86_64 (64-bit installation)".

We wan to retire the http://opensource.zylin.com/zpudownload.html page and replace it with a github binary release in this zpugcc github project.

... and in case you did not yet do that: think about using github pages ...
