Updated index.js to work with changes AP has made to their site since the last update of this module. Tested and working with MagicMirror2 module MMM-CollegeFootballTop25.
Compatible with MMM-CollegeFootballTop25
Added installation instructions for those who want to update while my pull request is open

No changes to data being returned. A lot of changes to how data is scraped because AP changed their website a decent amount
