### ~~KWin hangs or crashes after a fullscreened/maximized window is directly closed~~

This can sometimes happen after closing a fullscreened/maximized window, and immediately switching focus
to other applications using Alt-Tab or closing another window (especially if the window belongs to the same
application as the just closed fullscreened/maximized window, i.e. two Konsole windows).
Fixed in efc212cbc38b8f5d10a30d28a034e21288519ea4.

I debugged a little bit and it seems to be some bug around window activation inside KWin, and there's no easy
fix.

The workaround is

1. Avoid quickly switching window after directly close a fullscreened/maximized window.
2. Restore to window to normal size before close it.
The root cause is the clientRemoved signal I connected to is too late and only emits after
cleanGrouping called on the client. Moving the client around and changing focus requires a not null
group of the client in kwin. Therefore, changing to per window windowClosed signal works.
