GUI Update 1.3

  • Fixed: bugs
  • Added: 1. Experimental function to rebalance all processes. 2. Possibly more bugs(?). 3. The program is now split into x64 and x86 versions.

You must install .NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.20 or the program will not work.

P.S. This is most likely the latest version of Thread Rebalance like this. No more updates will be released here (except hotfix). The next goal is to create a tweaker with a single core for all optimizations, with a normal interface and a lot of comprehensive Windows optimizations.
