This is done by making the Audio Logs explicit in
WitnessLogic.txt, which makes the unreachable entities detection in player_logic.py evaluate their reachability.Includes the region changes / additions to WitnessLogic.txt from https://github.com/ArchipelagoMW/Archipelago/pull/4370/files
