Installing APM Planner for Mac -

The thing says that the installation failed since there is no software to be installed. What to do?

@billbonney you appear to be occasionally maintaining APM Planner 2 info...maybe you can help?

I followed instructions at this link to install APM planner and faced the issue where it asks to install the additional FTDIUSB things, not sure what it is even and what problems I would face if I don't install it since I can still open the APM Planner application
