Add xbar to display commit author in deployment list

This pull request removes the gh-release action from the .github/actions directory. The gh-release action was used to create new GitHub releases when any specified RELEASE files were modified. The most significant changes include the removal of all files related to the gh-release action, such as the Dockerfile, Makefile, and all Go source code files.

Removed gh-release action:

• .github/actions/gh-release/.gitattributes: Removed the .gitattributes file which was used to specify attributes for pathnames.
• .github/actions/gh-release/.gitignore: Removed the .gitignore file which was used to specify intentionally untracked files to ignore.
• .github/actions/gh-release/Dockerfile: Removed the Dockerfile which was used to build a Docker image for the gh-release action.
• .github/actions/gh-release/Makefile: Removed the Makefile which was used to build and test the gh-release action.
• .github/actions/gh-release/action.yaml: Removed the action.yaml file which was used to define the gh-release GitHub action.
• .github/actions/gh-release/*.go and .github/actions/gh-release/*.go: Removed all Go source code files and their corresponding test files which were used to implement the gh-release action. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
