eprimeConvert

A small script to read data from eprime txt format and count the correct and wrong responses, stored in the variable Stimulus.ACC. The result for several trials of known structure and order is stored in a csv file.

###Usage

From console:

python3 script.py nPatients FoldertxtFiles outFile.csv

where nPatient is the number of patients (in our case 12 or 13) FoldertxtFiles is the folter where the out of eprime is stored outfile.csv is the output file
