Adds the package name as id attribute to both table rows: header and package summary row(s) for selection in the HTML DOM model.

Hi, this PR is aimed at #65 . I couldn't test on a real system,
so I "save as" the HTML page,css and *.js locally. With the
proposed changes I can here request:
Multiple platform build_check report for BioC 3.7.html?packages=xcms,mzR,CAMERA
I don't know if that works with http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/?packages=xcms,mzR,CAMERA
It also does not work nicely with the further subselection based on
the http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/#show=timeout,error,warnings
mechanism.
