chore: Update citation information in README.md

Update the citation information in the README.md file to include the latest version of DG_RoomAcoustics (v1.0.0-alpha.1) and the corresponding DOI (10.5281/zenodo.13619551). Also, add a reference to the paper that describes the software design.
