WARNING / INFO

• DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR TRACKERS WHILE FLASHING!
• Ensure that your trackers are flashing blue and functional before turning them off.
• If a tracker has stopped working after flashing it, do not flash any other trackers.

Ensure you do not have SlimeVR running, otherwise the tracker will not be discovered! You will need to connect your tracker to your WiFi before you can flash it using this tool.

GUI Usage

1. Download the appropriate build.
   • Windows
   • Linux
   • MacOS
2. Build and download firmware zip using the web firmware tool.
3. Run SlimeVR-OTA-GUI to open the app.
4. Select or drag the firmware zip (or bin) file in the app.
5. Turn on the tracker (or reboot it) and wait for it to show up in the app.
6. Click "Flash Tracker" when ready. You may need to reboot your tracker if this fails to start.

CLI Usage

1. Download the appropriate build. The AOT builds are native binaries and will be smaller, but Windows sometimes detects it as a virus.

2. Put firmware-part-0.bin (this can be acquired from the web firmware tool) in the same folder as SlimeVR-OTA.
3. Turn on the tracker (or reboot it).
4. Run SlimeVR-OTA, then confirm the IP when prompted.

• Handle final tracker handshake timeout better, reporting the failure rather than indicating success
