Protect Botania Flowers from Taint

Fibrous taint will now longer eat botania flowers like they do other flower types.

Remove 10 rep from reputation 0 on death

Add this cool feature which will mean hardcore mode isn't a thing anymore.

Fix Obfuscation Bugs

We weren't properly handling obfuscated environments before, so the sand taint ASM was failing outside a debugging context. That is no longer the case.

Thaumcraft ASM Support

• Nodes cannot spawn in biome ID 0 (Ocean)
• Fibrous Taint will no longer convert nearby sand to Tainted Soil.
