This patch is inspired by CUSTOM_CSS variable in
pelican-bootstrap3. The variable allows the user to specify a custom
CSS file, for styles used within the articles and pages.

Only 1 thing though, Throughout the page, the rel attribute is before the href attribute. Wouldn't it be nice to follow the same thing here as well? Just to maintain consistency.

Also, are you planning to add any custom css to the site? Or just like the provision to?

I am planning to give the front page a lift up. Need to add custom styles for that.

Sure will fix up the attributes,

Reorder rel and href attributes in link tag, to match the surrounding
code.
