root: releasing version v5.0.0

Since Bruce and Yee Soong provided a lot of great guidances in
contract drafting, it's better to re-write everything from scratch
to match general public target audience instead of the lawyers.
Moreover, with the help from Claude.AI, this re-write is essential.
Hence, let's do it.

This patch releases version v5.0.0 with a complete license re-write
to match the latest regulatory and language requirements.

This project was initiated for 3 reasons:
1. As of year 2024, there were too many license related incidents due its
outdated nature leading to legal exploits; AND
2. Most non-commercial licenses are out-of-date and does not implement
automatic update to the license clauses aside from point-releasing; AND
3. Most licenses are not clear about guidelines and a lot of the licenses
are too vague in its obligation coverage.
This license is version controlled using "semantic versioning"
