UHF-11372: Made changes to ploughing search

What was done

• Added search address to result card
• Updated texts

How to install

• Make sure your instance KYMP is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-11372
• Run make drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

• Go to https://helfi-kymp.docker.so/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kunnossapito/katujen-kunnossapito/katujen-talvikunnossapito
• Check that the address now appears in the results card. If for example "Fredrikinkatu 12" in input, the results card should show only Fredrikinkatu. However, I made the exception for D01, D02, D03, D04 and D05 since they seem to be searchable in the search
• Make sure the texts are updated according to the document in the ticket
• Check that code follows our standards

Translations

• Translations have been added to .po -files and included in this PR
