Learn about vigilant mode.

This is just a small release inluding the following changes:

  • Fixed potential crashes
  • Fixed setting episodes as watched (wrongly) from MAL or AniList, however needs further improvement
  • Added a continue to watch button
  • Added global error logging for easier reporting
