Combines a bunch of files together for a more streamlined analysis workflow. Now includes options to plot 1 quake or a selected time frame. Also includes updated file selector with option to use last file.

Old code for testing stuff, now incorporated into accel_readfile
Incorporated into accelinfo.py so no longer necessary

Fixes daylight savings time bug in serialread_repeat. Also adds logic to accel_readfile to determine if the bug is present in a file and correct the start time by 1 hour to compensate.
Also, adds logic to serialread_repeat to determine what system the code is running on and use the correct serial port.
