Un-merging users

A merge operation is usually destructive - meaning that once data is joined together, it's impossible to recreate the old users without having access to e.g. a backup. This is why we try to avoid mistakes as much as possible - keeping track of changes with be impractical, and recovering info is very hard.

Here is an example script that can be used to recover an identity. It should be used cautiously, as new things get added all the time. It is however a good example of which kind of information should be restored and how.
