[New Feature!] Added a new Changelog Window,
- The Changelog will open anytime Brio receives a major update
- To open this window again open the Brio Info Window > View the Changelog
[New Feature!] Added the Brio Library!
- Manage your pose and character files in a convenient floating Window
- The Library is used when importing pose and character files
  - To Open the old File Picker click "Browse for File", on the import screen
- To add a new search source:
  - Press the "Add new source" button in the Library Window,
  - Or go to: Brio Settings > Library

- To view and edit them go to: Brio Settings > Key Binds,
Improved the visual appearance of:
- The Scene Manager Window
- The Transform Editor in the Advanced Pose Window

Changed the text of the "Import Character File" button to -> "Import Character"

Attempt to make Third-Party IPC more stable on plugin update

Fixed an issue where when dragging any Rotation in the Transform Editor was incrementing slowly
Fixed an issue where the Favorite button was not appearing in the import screen

On some systems there is a crash in GPose when Mare Synchronos & Brio are enabled
- Workaround: If you experience a crash in GPose, try disabling Mare Synchronos when in GPose,
- If you still experience a crash with Mare Synchronos disabled, please report it!
With certain clothing there is an issue with loading certain pose/cmp files,
where the right arm will be messed up
- Workaround: Press the "Undo" button once
When the Advanced Pose or Transform Editor Window is certain sizes and
more than one Transform Tab is open, the Transform Editor glitches
- Workaround:
  - close all but one Transform Tab, or...
  - change the size of the Advanced Pose or Transform Editor Window
