Split module 3 in four parts - part 1.

Added split file for module 3-2 with correct name.
Added split file for module 3-4 with correct name.
File Contributions-3-2-Ind and Contributions-3-4-Ind with wring filenames were deleted.

Adding four files for the split of module 2 in Contribution.
Unfortunately, two files with faulty filenames were created, and the commit also includes them.
They are: Contributions-3-2-Ind.md and Contributions-3-2-Ind.md.
All other filenames are Contribution-3-2-Ind.md without the s.
