HA downgraded aiohttp to version 3.8.1 but there are plans to upgrade it again to 3.8.3 so we have removed version dependency as this repository works with any of them

Updated diematic_client for HA 2022 version 12

This is a maintenance release because when updating to HA 2022.12 the component failed to start. I'd to update diematic_client to version 1.8 and, in turn, the version of aiohttp to 3.8.3
