New file names with same content but updated datetime string format as old format is being deprecated. Data/ufo/testinput_tier_1/sfc_obs_2018041500_m.nc4 renamed as Data/ufo/testinput_tier_1/sfc_obs_2018041500_verdatetime.nc4 and
Data/ufo/testinput_tier_1/sfc_obs_2018041500_new.nc4 as Data/ufo/testinput_tier_1/sfc_obs_2018041500_datetimever.nc4
