Tools Used

ENTrimmed uses open-source, community-trusted tools for building and verifying sets:

  • Retool – For generating 1G1R trimmed DATs
  • ROMVault – For scanning, fixing, and validating
  • DATVault – For sourcing No-Intro, Redump and T-En DATs

Naming & Structure

ENTrimmed DATs follow a consistent naming convention:

System (1G1R Retail English + T-En) [ENTrimmed].dat

The "System" component of each filename is defined as per the LaunchBox database naming.
