Major revision & new functionality

It's high time I actually update the versioning on this package. With the renaming of genius from geniusR, it's publication on CRAN, code enhancements, and new functionality, I believe it is deserving of an official version tag.

The new functionality is under the calc_self_sim() function for calculating self-similarity matrices. This is a point towards trying to identify, and bake in more computational methods into this package.

First working version.
