Add new pre-trained model, models-pro.

• Set model = 2 to use models-pro.
• Models-pro support scale = 2, 3 and noise = -1, 0, 3 now.
• More information about models-pro can be found at the original projecet changelog.
• "models.zip" contains all models so far.

Please read README, especially for

• Not all parameter combinations have corresponding models.
  Because the upstream project does not provide these pretrained weight at the moment.
  The support list in README shows the available models now.

• When TTA mode is turned on and scale = 3 or 4, please set small value for "tilesize_x" and "tilesize_y".
  The default values of "tilesize_x" and "tilesize_y" have been adjusted for the above cases. Maybe don't have to worry about this if use the default values of tilesize.
  It will take time to completely solve this problem.
