Add option to remove and not manage status bar completely

It may be useful using SafeAreaView or when managing status bar manually.

When you use SafeAreaView with hidden status bar, do you have any freezes?

@damikdk I use SafeAreaView with visible status bar. So I want ability to disable status bar setup by react-native-navbar at all.
